can anyone tell me anything about these? have a chance to pick one up for 40$. never heard of the name before, so i expect these saws to be far and few between?

A ways back I had a Wards Powr Kraft/Hoffco 480.  I used a Power Products AH 480 engine.  Removable cylinder head if I remember right.  Not much for speed but bags of torque.

Over 40 old magnesium runners.  Plei Trapp Valley Duck!!! Club.

Hoffco is right down US 27 from me (Richmond), last I heard they were making trimmers for Dolmar?
