Maybe like the flying pig..  ;D  maybe each time a bid gets placed for any of the items up for auction (but I believe the flying pig can't fly with this server). Then one can go to the auction forum to see what just happened.

That bid of 300 is a good way to start out.  ;)  Is the goat a bidder?

I have a special curly maple bowl/platter that was turned by a member, that I won at auction a few years ago.  It's time that another member have a chance to enjoy it.  There is a thread somewhere around here with it's history but I haven't found it yet.  Been very busy but will try to find time soon.

I tried several times to retreive my password with no success. Jeff had to set a special password for me some years ago because I couldn't get in with my regular password. Something to do with the IP address where I was at at the time I think. Anyway, it's long forgotten. Guess I'll have to reregister.
