My brother has a printice 110 loader , he has had no trouble with it till this past week and the hydraulic oil started getting hot. Its so hot you can't put your hand on the tank. Any ideas ?

Total guess, but make sure all the valve spools are 'centered' when each function is idle.

I've met Vets who have lived but still lost their lives... Thank a Vet

Family man and loving it :)

id give it a new filter and make sure its the correct one. put a filter on a 110 once and it got hot in a hurry, the filter wasn't rated for that application and the guts of the filter were all stove up.

Had trouble with a Barko 160B getting hot very fast. It ended up being the collector in the tower. It would get so hot the levers would stick and the boom would run itself. Not fun trying to load trucks like that.

how long do you use it before it gets hot? how hot is the air temp? with no oil cooler in hot weather it wouldnt take long. check the oil temp 150 is not hot 200 would be

this summer it didn't run hot, now its 60 degrese and it runs hot...usually gets hot about half way loaded.

a worn out pump will do it. it will make the oil hot and the hotter it gets the slower it will get

Could be a number of things.
Bypassing packing in cylinders.
Worn out pump.
Restriction to the return oil going through the filter.
