Blade source question

A local boat builder/repairman was just here buying some white oak for a boat he is repairing.

He mentioned that he is setting up an old 30" (wheel size) band saw for his shop (vertical band saw with table). And he wanted to know where he could get some "regular" band saw blades for this size machine.

I told him he was going to need to get the exact length of the band first. Then figure on his width, thickness, tooth spacing and all that before he could even consider talking to a supplier as they are going to want to know all these things when he calls.
But anyway, I told him I'd do a little research and see what companies out there would make custom sizes for his machine.

Do you know of a company that would do this?

Or can you provide a link to a site where he could look for bands?
