While cutting. Pavement a 36 inch Circular Saw Blade came loose and flew up 9 th Ave

Only one pedestrian injured

Just a freak accident for sure, crazy stuff, one never knows when it can happen.
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Thank GOD, it was only a concrete saw. 

I say that hesitantly, as getting hit with a 3' anything could/should hurt, but a concrete blade does not have "sharp teeth" like a conventional blade for wood.  Either way DO NOT sign me up standing in front of ANY flying blades

Some OSHA desk jockey is prolly already contemplating how to issue a directive that a safety chain will need to be attached to those blades so they can't go flying away.
