Edfor Allocation model from Edson, AB

How many of you are familiar with the Co-op allocation model (EDFOR Co-operative Ltd) from Edson, AB? Is anyone aware of anything here in Saskatchewan? Or do we still have to access Mistik? That model was reported on in "Logging & Sawmilling Journal March/April 2014". I've spoken with a local mill about sharing harvesting but at the end of the day he's still taking care of his first priority not necessarily me. I'd sure like to hear more discussion on this.
