Franklin 130 for sale need some info

I found this Franklin for sale. Supposedly was running when parked. The guy bought a JD Skidder. What size motor does this have? I guess a standard tranny. what are the control levers for? Any week spots? What does it weigh?  What year is it? Its pretty cheap but that does not always make it a good deal.

By chance do you know the tire size? I forgot to look when I was there. What is the lever to the left of the steering wheel? Sounds like a simple set up to me.

Looks like 18.4/26 to me but could be 16.9/30 tho
