I listened to it again North and I agree that it could be either way so I have emailed them to ask. I will post their response or lack of one if that is the case.

I received a reply from Cord King today. Other than pleasantries this is what I received: "We offer the trade-up on the M1820 and M2030 machines only. All other
models would be evaluated at the time of trade and fair market value would
be assessed. PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION REMOVED BY ADMIN"
