Posting pictures

I hate to ask this but where are the instructions  for posting pictures? I have looked at the help section, done a search , clicked on the photo gallery but no clear instructions. Maybe you could put a link to the directions on the help section. I know this has been asked a lot times but I am unable to find clear directions.

Forget most of what you know about posting on other forums, it's a different animal here.
Also when you go to post a pic in a post and you get to your gallery you need to scroll down to find the post option. That was my biggest problem, I didn't see that I needed to scroll down.
