If you want to know the failure point of a timber assembly, there is really only one way to know for sure right?  I got this in an email today,  I think they may have taken load testing a bit to far in the following pictures.  Funny thing is, it actually looks like a pretty nice foundation albeit hard to get in and out of the garage.

  

  

 


For insurance where would this fall (pun intenteded), home insurance, vehicle insurance, roadside assistance?

Looks like the home was built pretty sturdy, it's spanning a good distance there.  :o
