So I have a dyna sc-16, and I sell a fair amount of wood in bulk delivery, 4 face cord is the smallest amount I deliver, and prefer to deliver 10 at a shot.  What I do is run it off the processor into the dumptruck or dump trailer and have a guy stack it there.

I'm wanting to increase sales so I've decided to get into wrapping and selling bundled wood.  For a bundler I've found a used twister electric decided to buy it.

What type and grade of plastic wrap and number of wraps is everyone using?

This is what I use in my Twister.  The lighter stuff needs more wraps.  This is also the cheapest place that I've found it.

How many bundles will this do?  Also do you put handles on?  If so what kind?

The wrap is applied with a machine, no need for handles.  Number of bundles is determined by size of bundle and the number of wraps required.
