Reloading help needed .... older manuals

I have misplaced/lost my reloading manual from the 70's.... Any way I have found a can of Hodgen H450 powder.... I know I reloaded this in my Rem. 7 mm Mag.  with either 130 grain speer spitzers or 160 grain trophy boat tails... I think it was the 160's  can't find any of my old info on how much powder to use...with either of these bullets....The powder smells ok... I just wish I had somewhere to start as to how many grains... Someone has bound to have one of the old manuals that has a starting load for this cal. and bullet with th H 450... It was a good powder for Mags.... can't get it any more...  Any help would be nice... thanks.... Banjo

  BANJO The burn rate of h450 and h4831sc are close. I use a lot of RL19 and RL22 in the  mags.  [BE SURE TO START ON LOW END]

My favorite load for my 7 Mag was 61 grains of 4350 and a 160 grain Nosler Partition. I shot everything from whitetail, mulies, elk, bear and moose. One stop shop that did it all. Tack driver in my Ruger and also for my buddy's Remington.

Thanks a bunch guys.  I just could not remember where to start.  I don't shoot that gun much any more, but need to keep some loads for it... I got me a new Henry in 44 mag...been trying to get use to it.... Casting my own bullets for it...getting one of my sons into reloading as well.... He just got his own melting pot....Banjo
