Clark 664 B parking brake

Does anyone have experience with the parking brake on a 664B Clark ? Just picked  this machine up and haven't been able to get brake to operate. Thanks

Search for, Allied systems .com pdf Ranger parts, and that should get you started ,If your in Northern VT or NH I could do rebuild for you    Andrew
