The top of the windmill was a total wreck, and my neighbor Steve was struggling about tossing it as it had been a gift from his dad. I asked him not to discard it yet, and give me a shot at doing something with it. I happened to walk into a Menards store yesterday morning, and just inside there was this big display of different sized and colors of dust pans. As soon as I saw it I thought "WINDMILL BLADES!" So the following is the result. Steve is a good neighbor and friend, and it was my father's gift to him to do something with it. He seems to be thrilled. He kept smiling and saying "I'd never of thought of that in a million years"  I'm hoping that is good. :D

Images and video not that great due to coming from my cellphone.
