Searching for a field work/ job for 3 months
« on: June 10, 2013, 03:24:37 pm »
my Dad runs a business and I work for him. We own 3 JD1170e, 3JD forwarders and a few trucks. Im now 19 years old and my plan is, to go to the US or Canada for about 3 months to work there. Id like to proof my english skills and see how things were done in other parts of the world.

So my question is, is there anyone who can imagine to hire me for maybe a few months? Id prefer to work on a forwarder/ skidder/ harvester. Particularly on JD.
A good time for this might be in Winter or Spring 2014, because its hard to get a Visa for paid jobs, especially in the States.
My aim is not to earn a lot of money, I only want to see something different and meet people in another country.
But maybe enough money for food, lodging, etc. ::)
So if there is anyone who thinks that he can offer me such a job, or knows someone who would give me the chance to work for him, please let me know.

Thanks in advance
