Ford 555B fuel in crank

I have a ford 555 b 1986/87 ...changed the oil last year had about 3 gal of fluid/oil in it. Every time  I used it I checked the dipstick it was normal. This year after sitting all winter, went to check it same thing excess fluid, seems like the diesel fuel is seeping into the crank when the back-hoe sits. ???? Has anybody seen this? Thanks
