The kids are in seventh heaven,funny all those little odd pieces that i hate having to pick up, well the kids just loved finding al those little pieces to throw in the fire a win win for me . I for see many more family bon-fires in our future

I have sawed about 4000ft of lumber for my neighbor.  He had such a huge brush pile that it seemed like the slabs made absolutely no contribution.  It burned for 5 days. Needless to say he invited everyone in the neighborhood on the first day.  The kids absolutely loved it.
It's the going that counts not the distance!

Kids are precious..............they also make good stick picker-uppers given the right type of child psychology used!  I've had my garden cleared of roots many times by building a fire at the end of a row and telling my son to see how big he could get the fire burning from roots.

That picture makes me miss my grandbabies.  :(  Unfortunately the closest one is three hours away and three of them are on the frozen tundra of Iowa!  Here's a picture of two of the Iowa munchkins taken yesterday. :snowball:  Looks cold to me!
