Well after a month and a half of waiting I got to pick up my new lt35hd today! Spent a few hours at wm learning the ropes this morning, but I won't get to play with her again till tomorrow due to working second shift...  Funny thing tho, when I left wm I stopped to get fuel 2 miles down the road and a guy came up to me wanting me to saw up a bunch of walnut for him tomorrow! Lol I gave him a card and took his number, told him the saw was literally 5 min old and I wanted to set it up and get a feel for it before I go cutting somebody elses walnut. Better yet I went 5 more miles and stopped at lowes and the same thing happened with another guy! I think I will just leave it hooked up to the truck and tow it around lol

man that is no joke!!  when i built my mill i had to do it in our driveway and sometimes out in the street in front of our house.  despite the fact that we live on a relatively quiet street the word spread like wildfire.  i had people leaving me handwritten notes on the windshield of my van and the mill wasn't even functional!   :D :D

anyways, congrats on the mill!! i am very jealous   smiley_flowerhead

It's also nice is you get your first "saw the stop" incident behind you without witnesses......... at least I guess it would have been.. :-\

Congrats! You'll get the hang of it in no time.

Man I love new sawmills ;D  I wish I could buy each model of the big orange. Or maybe at least a different model for each day of the week ;) But then, I'd have to decide which models to purchase :-\  Ahh man how stressful would that be? ;D :D ;D :D
