POSTON WIDEHEAD

Usually the average size buck in my area is around 140 to 160 pounds. Their age is around 3 to 3½ years old. It's not rare for someone to get a 180 pound though.

This buck I took about 4 years ago weighed in at 209 pounds. I took his jaw bone to the Wildlife Biologist for a determination of his age. He was some where in the 7 year old range. This is the kind of Deer I here about from time to time but I just got lucky that year.
If you will look close, he has regular brow tines but on his left side he has another tine that came out just above his eye......Strange.

He's hanging in the living room now. :)

The older I get I wish my body could Re-Gen.
