Windham circle mill ?

I got a call tonight from a guy wanting to sell what he says is a Windham circle mill and he gave me this spelling but I can't seem to find anything on the net about it has anyone heard of theme he says it powered by a 290 cummins and has a 54" blade it's fixed onto a 40 foot flatbread has an operators cab any info appreciated I'm out of town ( smokey Mtn bike trip with dad told him I'd come look at it when I get back I can post pics then thanks
