I will be milling fresh cut standing dead pines soon, and was wondering if I need to treat between layers of lumber for termites as I stack to air dry? ???

I'd say build your foundation for the stacks of cinder blocks, 18 - 24" high off the ground. Put a sheetmetal cap on top of each cinderblock, angled down on each side. Make your foundation framework of treated lumber. Stack 4 - 8' tall.

Generallly termites require ground contact or a path from ground for their "mud tubes". The cinder blocks and tin serve to isolate the stack from ground contact.

Good Luck!
