I love Elderberrys.
Last year I found a great patch which yielded about 10 quarts.
this year they are ripening a different times and only have 2-3 quarts so far.
What is the best way you have found to remove the from the stems?
We have tried freezing and removing, removing by hand and using a fork.
All tedious work, but worth the effort.

We remove by hand and then juice is extracted, mix 4 cups of elderberry juice and 4 cups of apple juice with five cups sugar and make some good jelly.  :)
