Got one of those a while back. The guy that had it owned it four years and it only had burned two tanks of gas. My only deviation away from Stihl.  Dang good saw!

I bought a 576 auto tune back in april. Saw is well balanced and has less vibration then my 385's or 372's. The only complaint I have about it is either the tank is alot smaller than my others or its a hog on gas. With my 385's I can drop and top two hitches worth of wood on a tank. The 576 is good for one hitch and needs fuel before heading back in. I like the lighter wieght and the power. My back feels better at the end of the day ;D. I usually cut 2-3 truck and pup loads a week so its had some gas put thru it and is broke in.

any comparison to a husky 390?
Detroit WHAT?

I believe the 390 is 1 hp more and weighs 1 lb. more.
Third generation logger, owner operator, 30 yrs felling experience with pole skidder. I got my neck broke back in 89, left me a quad. The wife kept the job going up to 96.

Got to say it, these high top air filter covers really spoil the lines of Husqvarnas in the states.
