Anyone heard of Woodmax brand?

They have a primary product of a 6" double cut mill with a 70 hp perkins on it but also produce small mills.

For 5500$ Cdn they have a hydraulically tensioned head with 13 hp honda uses 1.25" x 156" blades.

They supply the dogs and backers and bed cross pieces.  The x pieces fit into 3x5" x 0.25" stock bought locally.

Or you can pay 6600$ and have it completely assembled ready to go.

I'm getting some brochures sent over, I'm curious what it is like.

No website, they are built in Quebec very near Ontario.  They advertise their 1-800 number in Atlantic Forestry and in Rural Delivery.

I'll scan some of their documents / photos when they arrive.
