Phase converter Question

I built a five horsepower rotary phase converter a few years back, I'd like to upgrade it to a 20 horsepower  but have forgotten how to figure how many of what size capacitor per horsepower to use. Any ideas?

About 100-150 microfarad per horsepower electolytic for start caps and 7.5 uF per HP oil filled for run caps on 240 volt .

If the generated leg is below line voltage add some run capacitance ,if above remove some .
