Does anyone know how much weight you can haul with a Timberjack 1210 Forwarder?

at least 12 ton. or all that will fit

12 ton ... in the TJ forwarders the first 2 numbers of the model indicated tons of payload ... the only exception was the 610 which was a 230 with a new sticker on it
