Seems I live on the most interesting scenic drive in NZ

There is a video clip (link just under main picture, on the left). Shows my home town, and the "Highway Begins" sign is actually at the end of my street.

It is an interesting drive, but not what you really call a short cut.  :D

The wife and i were in nz a few years back, loved it actually still have paperwork on the desk for moving there!  The roads were a little narrow compared to what we are used to, and everyone is driving on the wrong side! :D  Hope to get back there sometime!
