After not posting for a while, I am back and with a new machine. Just ordered a PH260M3 - 3 Phase machine. Last year at this time I was waiting on the PH360. Times have changed over the past year so as a result, the 260 now suits my needs. The question that I have today is about profile knives. With my order I get a 1000 dollar knife credit which I can spend on knives and accessories. I have a few profiles in mind for some of the projects that are upcoming. I would like to be able to S4S standard 2 by stock with a radius edge. Do most of you use the radius cutter on the horizontal cutter or use the radius cutters on the vertical cutter? The benefit that I can see about using the horizontal radius knife is that you could use it on multiple thicknesses as opposed to only one. Any thoughts and/or comments would be appreciated. Additionally, if you could share information on your most used cutter profiles.

Look into a set of side cutter heads that take the carbide inserts.  Each carbide insert costs around $30 and will need a steel backer but it will last 10 times longer that HSS.
People always want some kind of 1" T&G, 2" T&G, 5/4 radius edge for decking, back relief for flooring, and some kind of chamfer for facia.  And like you said knives for S4S for trim and such.
