how do you get photos from gallery to a post ??

whats the trick to get photos from my photo gallery put on a post ?when i try it it says forbidden file extension and then keeps poping a window

click on upload or insert photo? at the bottom of the reply window. it will take you to th ephoto gallery. click on ''my gallery''. choose photo.  scroll down to the green sentence that says something like'' post this to your reply'' and click on it and then click yes. then you have to go back to your reply and click on post.  pc
