Hello does anyone know what the differential ratio is in a Timberjack 350?...

bushmechanic

Does it have the Eaton differential? No matter, you can get the ratio yourself by dividing the number of pinion teeth into the number of crown teeth. For example 6 teeth on the pinion and 36 teeth on the crown will give you a ratio of 6.00.Another example would be 6/38 will be 6.33 ratio. Most pinions have the number of teeth of the crown and pinion stamped on the end of it right where the nut holds on the yoke.Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info...have a line on some near me...guy says they're off a Hood slasher but same as the TJ350...I am just trying to find something heavier to put on my 215 forwarder before I go to the trouble of reinforcing those originals...BOB
