good looking production 8) 8) It is cool to see what passes for you Aussies as PPE ;) I bet it is hot down there right now, you guys are headed towards your autumn time right?

I think the Aussies wear those shorts in the winter time too.  ;D

But I feel more comfortable when I see the dust shrouds over the shoes to keep the sawdust out of the boots. That's a reason I like long pants when sawing.

Murdock, yeah we are heading toward Autumn, so it's not too hot, Sam the chap in the boardies, he was thankful he gets to be under that Tallowood in between boards, but I reckon I'm solar powered, the sun just doesn't phase me ;D 8)

As for PPE, I got it all covered...can't get sawdust down my boots 8) 8) so everythin else is cool ;) but I also have gloves on too, that should count hey? I did have a pic of Carl docking one of my logs to length earlier in the day, at least he had long pants (jeans) on, but not ear muffs, no safety glasses and no boot protectors :o, but he probably didn't really need 'em coz he had no boots on either ;D :D

In Aussie shorts ARE PPE, they protect the wearer from Heat Stroke, which is probably a bigger hazard than anything else around the mill.  :D

I hate to point this out but it's pretty obvious one guy is always loafing when the picture thingy is going off. ;D

I suppose those without PPE learn to "live" without it ;D

You've got a really great place there Carl. Are those your woods there in the background? Also, you guys ever use Ironbark for furnituire, cabinets, flooring, that sort of thing? I really like the look of that stuff.

When I was growing up those flip flops were called thongs too. I have no idea what happened after I grew up.  :D  Looking forward to seeing the slabber. welcome to the forum too, downunder Trav.

The Thongs that is. :D

I think they changed thongs to flip-flops all in due to thongs replacing bloomers.  :D  It's funny how things evolve over the years.  :D
