About 4 yrs old and not oiling the bar properly. 1 tank of fuel and less than 1/2 tank of oil used. Clogged and/or where is the oiling adjustment?

Kevin

Is that the right model number?

I don't try to explain to others why I play with chainsaws.  For those who already know, no explanation is needed.  For those who do not, no explanation is POSSIBLE!

Sorry I'll check tonight. About 73cc.

The adjustment screw for the oiler is accessed from the bottom of the saw. It's right next to the sprocket. Turn the screw in until it bottoms (gently) and then back it out about 3-4 turns. 4 turns is maximum oil output. If you go more than that it doesn't pump any more and about 6 turns it will come out. So start at 4 turns out and if that is too much oil then turn it in a half turn at a time until it's where you want it. Husky oilers will drown your bar and chain when turned all the way up and they are quite trouble free.
