picked up a new toy today, seems to cut OK even though I have never used one before,  I did sneak a band on it.  The piston that slows the cut seems to be lacking resistance thought.  Any fix for that?

ALso, It stands up vertical.  Have any of you stuck a table on it and used it as a vertical bandsaw?

I've got an old Kalamazoo also.  It's quite a bit different than your's tho'.  I've cut miles of metal with it.  They are really well made...will last several life-times.  Mine got covered with salt water in hurrcane Ike,  but a cleanup and a new motor and she'll be cutting again.
