Magicman

I know, we used the freezing compartment in the camper on our Colrado trip, but cheating is legal.  Good hot meals when you are camped 63 miles from the nearest loaf of bread is really nice.

I had Pat cook and place our entree's in zip bags with gravy.  That way we only had to thaw and heat them up, cook our starch and veggies and we had our meal.

We carried:  BBQ pork ribs, spaghetti & meat sauce,  chicken tenders, brisket, pork loin, hambone vegetable soup, baking potatoes, canned sliced new potatoes, instant potato flakes, rice, cut green beans corn, English peas, sliced peaches & pears, strawberry nut bread, cupcakes, and oatmeal cookies. MMmmmm.   food3

Brisket and gravy over rice with LESUEUR English peas.  Sliced peaches and oatmeal cookies rounded it off.  digin1

Now that's really "roughing" it.   :)

Judging by that picture I think I need to start "roughing it" ;D
