OK, here's the deal.  I have a 359 and a 570.  Both bought new by me about three years ago. Never did any adjusting of the high and low jet. Within about a month of each other they quit running.  Here's what I've done to both.  New plug, fuel filter, air filter, fuel.  Took off the carb and thoroughly cleaned with carb cleaner.  Let dry and re-installed.  359 will start and run with choke closed, but when you push the choke in even a little, it dies.  570 will start, rev very high and die before I'm able to adjust the mixture screws.  Before I take it to someone, I thought I'd give you guys a try first.

Replace the fuel lines.    My bet is ethenol has put holes in them.  With the choke closed you can suck enough fuel to get going, then it will quit.

I've had to replace fuel lines on 2 of my 3 Huskys every year.
Been there, done that.   Never got caught [/b]
Retired and not doing much anymore and still not getting caught
