Lemon Law for equipment?

I'm in oregon, I have a year old cat skid steer with loegerin vts tracks on it. The tracks have been worthless. Had to replace the tracks at 200 hours and countless rollers and idlers and bolts. now 650 hours and the tracks are pulling apart again. Does anyone know what I can do to get out of this they said it was the only way to go and that they would hold up but not so. we have a tree shear on it and its just not working. thanks
