I know that machine has a fold down harness.  Does it have a seat belt too?

If so good thing to get in the habit of using.  I have never tip one all the way over but I have set it on the front tires only a few times.

Is this your first skid loader, Weisy? They're great but yes you do have to be careful. You have to be very aware of how the laws of physics work as you operate it, mate! I've probably put in between 4,000 and 5,000 hours on them over the years, and they are wonderful tools-- the swiss-army knife of tractordom!  8) 8) 8) But they do tip easily, so be careful! Also be cautious of getting it stuck in trenches and holes, as it can be fairly helpless if it can't maintain the high ground. Maybe you've already used them quite a bit, but if not just know that you are a pro with it when you actually forget you're in there and you treat the machine like it's an extension of your body-- you're not using the machine to pick up the log-- you yourself are picking up the log, that's what it seems like. Then you know you're an ace! air_plane

You'll do a lot with one of those. I know i could make use of one myself. I watched a guy driving one at a rock quarry one time. He would drive up on a dirt pile and flip it backwards and keep a going. He was good at it. Course he drove it all day at work so i guess he learned some tricks to make things interesting.
Have fun with it...

works great.

i spent most of the weekend on her cleaning up and movign logs.

picked up one log that was 500mm diamiter and 7m long.

1.3 cubic meters. = 1.3 ton.

any bigger diamiter and the bucket wouldnt hold it.

so on forks it should lift a good weight.
