the winch was slipping, we cleaned it real good and it holds good. now the winch will wind itself in without having to push the lever. if i push the clutch in it will stop. and if i move the short lever behind the seat it will engage and disengage. but i dont have to push the lever to brake and freespool  with, it automatically winds itself in?????

Just had the same issue with a model 119, and it was the clutch bands that were set too tight. Easy fix.
I know why dogs stick thier head out the car window.
