Has anyone ever used the wood mulchers that attatch to a skidsteer? I am looking to rent one for a month and would like some feedback on their performance. Looking at a Fecon BH62 SS it will be used on a JD 332 rubber track. Fecon's website testimonials say it can clear an acre a day. However I can't find that model even listed.

Hey Dana, I own the type setup(with forestry kit) you are asking about. They(mulcher head) can be rented in rare cases.
Does your 332 have high flow hydraulics?
Enclosed cab?
What type of front door do you have? It needs to be the bulletproof thick lexan.
The debris will be flying back at you at a deadly speed, seriously. The cutter teeth can break off too.
You may want to get some estimates from someone that runs one on a daily basis and hire the work out.
Be glad to answer any questions you may have.
