Current price of standing walnut timber in northern, MO

What is the current price on standing walnut timber (non veneer) being paid in northern , MO?

Price could vary greatly. You may try Missouri department of conservation website/forestry. click on search "missouri timber price trends", a quarterly price report.

Cannot find the most current issue [last quarter] but Oct.-Dec. 2009 for north Missouri no sales however, central Missouri reported a sale of 24,000bf of walnut 'sawlogs' averaged $555.00 M, veneer sale averaged $2,170.00M.

Sold some recently in southern Iowa probaly late march sold for an average of 1.60 a board foot delivered. I would considered around a dollar a foot on standing if it is average and quality and 18"and bigger dbh.
