Hi guys.
I was working my old 440a yesterday and saw that the right front center hub of the wheel was turning within the rim i cant find any info as to why this is happening or what to do about it. is this the wheel lock or something else? does any one have any input? i could really use some help hear as even the JD shop cant seem to help me.
Thanks for any input.

the wheel hub is cast steel splined to the axel.....the spline on the hub is worn out.......one reason a 440b is much better than an a......most of those hubs were set in expoxy when replaced

^^^^What he said. I have a pair of Stripped out Hubs from my 440 sitting in storage. When We replaced them we put JB-weld on the splines
