How do I delete a post?

By asking an admin, or by clicking on the delete button yourself, but that depends on where you are in the forum, and what your member status is on weather it is allowable or not. Most of the time, it is allowed, because I have a recycle bin.  It also depends on whether the post is the first post in a thread. Usually that is never allowed unless there are no other posts.

Anything anyone deletes, I or the other admins get to see it first and approve it for final deletion. Usually, everything is kept in our recycle bin for future reference.
