This afternoon we got the LT30 set up, went out and cut a pine tree and threw a log on.
gonna take awhile to get going good, but I did make sawdust today.
Saw seemed to do just fine.
Will try and get some pics tomorrow if I can remember camera.

Yes it is a lot o fun. Kinda hard to believe I did it.  I kinda feel like a kid with a new toy. Years ago when I had to help at the mill I  didn't have near as much fun. I've still got a lot to learn.
I've always been taught practice makes perfect.

Good advice makes it easier to, will probably have more questions later on.

There are alot of qualified mill operators here to lend you a hand with the WM.I have only seen one sawing wood, and that was about a month ago.It was kind of fun because I have poured over every bit of info I could find here, and the problems and fixes that that WM owners have shared made me feel like I was already familiar with the mill.

I haven't seen a circle mill operating since I joined, but I find the threads facinating,There is a guy up the valley that will be firing his up soon, and he promised to give a call so I can check it out.
