Anyone have a source for antique tractor parts?  I did a Google search but didn't come up with what I was looking for.  I am looking for a steering arm (part number 1152T) for a 1951 John Deere MT tractor with a wide front end.

Thanks,
Al

You may try Yesterday's Tractors.

Steering arm may be though to find.  Try your local Deere dealer they have some old stock parts.  Your best bet would be a tractor junk yard.  Two Cylinder Plus http://www.2cylplus.com/has a lot of parts.  ValueBuilt parts also.  http://www.valu-bilt.com/  If you cannot find anything post agian or pm me there are more places just don't have the info with me at the time.

Yesterdays Tractors is the best source of info I know of.  It is kinda sorta the Forestry Forum of the old tractor world.  :)   You can find it at  www.ytmag.com

Not sure if you're looking for a tie rod or a solid link.  Another good source is Steiner tractor parts at http://www.steinertractor.com
They have a good catalog.

Ebay is one source for used as well as new parts.  People parting out will put stuff up on there.  If you see someone that looks like they are parting one out, contact them to see if they have the part.  You can also post what you're looking for on ytmag.com

The only down side to the forums on ytmag are that when you post to a topic, they do not pop to the top but are basically lost in the mud after a few days.
Anything someone can design, I can sure figure out how to fix!
If I say it\\\\\\\'s going to take so long, multiply that by at least 3!

Thanks for all the suggestions.  I posted a note on ytmag.com and now have a couple of sources to check out after the holiday weekend.
