Have noticed cracks at the holes (4 out of 5 on each side) on the side channels of my eclassic and wondered if anyone else has noticed this? They are vertical cracks centered above and below the holes. They seem worse closer to the door. One on the left side has gone up to the top of the channel, across the top towards the water jacket and makes a 90 degree turn and is now affecting the weld at the top of the channel, traveling towards the rear of the stove about 2-3 inches. My dealer came and looked at it and is contacting CB as they said this is of not much concern unless it starts to affect the weld with the water jacket. I was wondering if any one has had any input from CB on this?

yes , mine has the cracks also, I was wondering if that is part of the problem with keeping up to temp, it does fine if the outside temp is above 32
