Whats a reasonable price to pay for rough sawed butternut these days. Thanks

I was hoping to get some feedback but the gentleman showed up early. I quoted him $2.00bd/ft for clear and he couldnt load it fast enough. Im happy and he sure seemed to be  :)

If it was kiln-dry, rough sawn and clear I'd say that was a bargain for him.  If green and rough it's still good price.  The most I ever paid for butternut was $1 per BF, log run, take off the top of the stack.  For nice clear wide rough sawn boards, I'd be willing to pay a lot more than that.  Butternut is some nice wood to work with.
