Wake me up in the spring

Well winters here in Florida. :(

The high only got to 60 today and it will plumet to the 40's tonight. I can't function in this extreme cold. I don't know how you yankee's do it? :D

I guess hibernation has come early this year. Would someone wake me up in the spring?

14° F here this morning. Might not even get above freezing today. Can't complain, though. We've had a very nice extended autumn. If 40° F is too cool for you, then you probably don't want to visit here during the -50's and -60's. ;)

I got more done today because of the cool temperatures than I have in the last six months.
It has been over 90 degrees here for too Dang long.
I belong in a colder climate :D

-8C here last night , closed the windows a little bit , only had a two inche opening. Was going good till the darn coyotes started and then the two mutts here decided to help them out in there chorus :

It was 16° here at 5:00 AM today!

Yesterday it was 22° at 8:30 AM when we got to the mill!

You know it's cold when 30W motor oil comes out of the can in one chunk!
Just for grins to show the off-bearer that it was indeed cold, I squeezed out a glob of 30W onto a piece of slab wood and told him that it would be warm when the oil glob leveled out. It finally leveled out about 12:30PM.

One more tree (about 3-4 logs) to saw, then the mill goes into the garage for the winter. 8)
