Small Town Support

This is why I love living in a small town. Polly Tompkins, one of our school teachers is battling stage 4 melanoma. She received over 2 million votes to be a bat girl at a yankees game. The support was overwhelming. Over 100 people made the trip with her. She was escorted by a police car , fire trucks & lots of friends & family. When they reached NY City they were escorted in by New York City Police Officers. She threw the first pitch, turned in the line up & had a great time. She was even seen cleaning up the dug out after the game & made the coment "these guys need a dugout Mom". Polly is an inspiration to us all.

No one changed your post. A while back the southern boys were using the word yankees way to much so for fu we made it so when yankees was typed you got what you saw.  It was forgotten about and apparently still existed.  All you need to do was send one of the admins a note if you run into something like that.
