Hi.  I've enjoyed this site very very much.

What length of log are folks putting in their e classic 2300?  I'll be ordering several cords this week, and I want to get the length right.   Thanks.

Tim welcome to the forum! You will find a lot of great people here.

I would think 24" would be alright of length for the e-classic.

You do not want the wood so big that you can not lift it into the stove.

Maybe someone with a e-classic can say better than me (I have a 5036).

Good luck!

Thanks, Woodcutter.  That is my first EVER comment and response.  I fired-up my e classic for the first time on Saturday.  Went pretty well.  Was just trying to test the plumbing in the house for leaks, etc.  No problems.  Got the water up to 185.  Took about 4 hours mostly because I sort of held back at first.  Then I just got the guts and went for it.
