 Just wondering if anyone could steer a curious member (me), to some simple reading to learn basic princples and technics of Timber Framing  :P :P

If you do a search of this section of the Forestry Forum you should find a "book list" posted here by me.
This would be a great start for learning about timber framing.
By the time I took my first lesson at a timber framing school, I had read six or eight books on timber framing.
I read that many to get many different points of view and or methods to do the same thing.....
